# Legal Remarks

In accordance with Swiss regulatory requirements, **$DROPEE** is designed to comply with the regulatory framework applicable in Switzerland directives, designed with utility-token principles in mind, subject to legal analysis. Dropee is committed to providing full transparency on the issuance, use and distribution of tokens, while complying with all applicable regulations.

1. **Classification as a utility token**
   * **$DROPEE** is a utility token that provides access to specific functionalities of the Dropee game and ecosystem, with no speculative or investment function at the time of issue.
   * Planned token utilities are expected to become progressively available, in compliance with FINMA requirements for utility tokens.

1. **Compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA)**
   * A financial intermediary certified in Switzerland will be mandated to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
   * Due diligence processes will include the identification of beneficial owners and the supervision of transactions related to $DROPEE.

1. **Transparency and traceability**

* Accounts related to the distribution of $DROPEE will be publicly accessible to enable stakeholders to monitor the allocation and use of tokens.
* A regular reporting system will be set up to inform the community of fund movements, airdrops, and initiatives supported by the development fund (via the SDK).
